I got my first ManGlaze polishes. Today I will show you the Mayonnaise aka The Holy Crap I love the edgy look of the bottles, the label art is so cool. Here is the picture of the art on Mayonnaise from all sides:

Mayonnaise is a pearly white matte polish and it looks awesome on nails. The application was a little bit complicated, but I was patient and with third coat I managed to get a good look without strikes. The pearly shimmer in it makes it special, so it’s not just another white polish.

I was afraid of chipping, because we all know how ”long lasting” the matte polishes are, so I put on a layer of top coat. With top coat the shimmer is more visible, but not in my picture. In real life it’s way more beautiful.

Yaaaay!! I have a new Essence Trend Edition collection. It’s called Into The Wild. You can find polishes, lip-glosses, eye-shadows, bronzing powder and jumbo eye-pencils in it. Look at all this stuff:

POLISHES: in collection are four polishes.

Desert Fox is warm brown shade with gray undertone. The application was OK, and I applied two coats. If I was more careful, one would be enough.

Zulu is my favorite. It’s gray color with a hint of lavender. This one should be matte, but the matte effect is not so strong. It’s more plastic like looking. Anyway I like glossy look more than matte so it doesn’t bother me. I applied two coats.

Heart Chakra is my second favorite. It is nice mixture between coral and rose shade, so under some lights is more rosy and on the other is more coral looking. It needs two coats for full coverage.

Bongo Drums is neutral milky shade. This one is not well pigmented. After the first layer it looks like it’s almost clear. On the pictures are three layers, but the white tips are still visible. It’s also quite streaky.

LIP-GLOSSES: the collection has three different shades of lip-glosses. Essence usually disappoints me with their glosses, because they are not well pigmented, but this time I was pleasantly surprised. They are good pigmented and the colors are also nice. One is jelly looking and the other two have shimmer in them.
Here I made swatches on my arm:

Heart Chakra is nice jelly rose shade, with coral undertones. This is my favorite.

Beat the Heat is shimmering golden color. Nice, but it doesn’t suit me at all.

40 Degree is golden brown shade with silver and red shimmer mixed in it.

Today I will show you two Catrice polishes. Yes, you read right, two!

The first one is named Clay-Ton My Hero. Funny name, but very special polish. It is a brownish gray color with a golden shimmer. It’s pretty unique. I don’t have any similar shade in my collection. It needs two coats for full coverage.

My Bests Friends Tiara is also beauty in the bottle. It is white color with a silver shimmer, and it also has a hint of gray in it. It looks so luxury. The finish is frosty and it’s opaque in two coats.

 I put some Konad on this one. I used Essence Bonnie for stamping and pattern from m64. I love how it comes out.

I love doing manicure on myself, but I also like doing it on other people So my cousin came to me
for a manicure – she wanted to look good for a birthday party. After explaining to me what se plans to wear we
decided on a suitable manicure to go with it

This time we chose zebra/cheetah pattern from Konad image plate m78. For the base I used China Glaze-2030 and then I used the white polish from S-he to do the part where zebra pattern was supposed to be.
The pattern was stamped with Konad special polish in black. Then I added dots with dotting tool in cheetah print with Nubar-Jewel.
I think that came out very nice and my cousin also loved it

Naked truth is beautiful almost white shade with pink tone in it. The finish is shimmery/pearly. The aplication was good, and it’s not streaky at all It’s opaque in two coats.

Essence Naked Truth:

My hand was shaking because I was tired and haven’t slept much last night, so no Konad for me today So I tried something new.
These are nail art designs from Essence. Basically they are stickers with indented shapes. You stick them on your nails and paint over with whichever polish you want. Then you remove the sticker and you are left with a nice design. I got just two types for now – the flowers and the butterflies. The butterfly is made with Essence Go Wild polish. I spiced it up with flower-glitter and silver polish

I like this kind of nail art, beacuse it’s really easy and you don’t need a steady hand to do it. But you have to be sure that the base color is really dry, beacuse when you remove the sticker it may pull off the base polish as well

Že nekaj časa sem bila pridna in za vas pripravljala manikure, ki so
primerne za valentinovo =)

Upam da vam bo katera všeč in boste dobile kakšno novo idejo

1. White’n'red hearts

Klasična barvna kombinacija za valentinovo je seveda rdeče-bela.
Nohte sem najprej izmenično obarvala z rdečim in belim lakom, nato pa sem
oddtisnila rdeče in bele srčke.
Uporabila sem:
OPI – Comet loves cupid
S-he – bel lak
Konad Special polish – White and red
Konad plate: m59

2. Girly valentine

Zelo pogosta valentinova barva je tudi roza. Jaz sem jo skombinirala z
čeli, srebrno in črno.
Najprej sem čez celotno površino nanesla baby pink lak, nato pa sem z belim
lakom oddtisnila vodoravne bele trakce. Pod vsak bel trakec sem nasesla tanko
črto srebrnih bleščic. Za konec pa sem na prstanec oddtisnila črn srčast motiv.
Uporabila sem:
Nubar – Hotel baby pink
Konad special polish – white and black
NYX ink – Silver glitter
Konad plate: m2

3. Black rose

Za to manikuro sem na konice naredila temno rdečo francosko na V in ji dodala
srebrne bleščice. Na koncu sem pa na nohte oddtisnila črne vrtnice. Nastala
je sexy in skrivnostna manikura =)
Uporabila sem:
Sinful colors – Lying nails
NYX ink – silver glitter
Konad special polish – black
Konad plate: m25

4. Flying hearts

Pri tej manikuri sem za osnovo nanesla bel perlast lak, dodala rdeče konice in srebrne
bleščice. Za konec pa sem nanjo odtisnila krilate srčke.
Uporabila sem:
Sinful colors – Bubble bath
OPI – Comet loves cupid
NYX ink – silver glitter
Konad special polish – Black and red
Konad plate: m6

5. Purple love

Zakaj bi morala valentinovo zaznamovati le rdeča barva?
Pri tej manikuri sem preizkusila vijolično kombinacijo in mislim da mi je uspelo.
Na konice sem nanesla vijoličen lak in srebrne bleščice. Nato sem na konice oddtisnila
bele srčke. Za konec pa sem dodala še vijolične pentljice.
Uporabila sem:
Sinful colors – Volcanic
NYX ink – silver glitter
Konad special polish – white and violet pearl
Konad plate: m56, m38

Tudi Alpine snow me ni navdušil. Za popolno belino sem potrebovala 3 plasti. Nanesla
pa sem ga z velikimi težavami. Je dokaj gost in lepljiv zato je čopič težko manevrirat
po nohtu. In ker je tako bel se takoj vidijo vse napake.

Je pa res lepe bele barve pa tudi posušil se je hitro, zato mu je nekoliko oproščeno
Ampak mislim da bom nadaljevala z iskanjem boljšega belega lakca.

Inspirirala me je moja posodica za sladkor in sem ga okrasila z črnim rožnim vzorčkom iz
Konad plate m61, uporabila pa sem Konad special polish black.
