Essence: Surfer Babe Trend Edition

Finally I got all the polishes from Essence Surfer Babe collection. Maestra from Parokeets helped me out this time. She got me two polishes which I couldn’t find.
This is not the whole collection. I didn’t buy lip-glosses, because I have enough of them.

POLISHES: in this collection are four polishes. The formula is ok and I don’t have any problems with application. All of them have creamy finish and they are all two coaters.

Hang Loose: light milky lavender color with a hint of pink in it.

Pointbreak : medium gray shade.

Surferama: I think that Essence is already boring with this shade. I think they already released like four polishes exactly the same shade? Medium berry shade – that one is great pigmented. Nice and safe color, you can’t go wrong with it.

The World’s Coolest is my favorite in this collection. But the color is really hard to describe. It’s definitely not minty, but it’s not light blue either. Anyway I love it!

I did some stamping on this I used Essence stamping plate, Konad special polish white for flowers and China Glaze DV8 for butterflies.

BLUSH in Surfer Babe TE is called Big Wave Survivor. It’s a nice medium pink shade and matte. I don’t think I will use this a lot, because I’m more into shimmering blushes.

EYELINERS and EYESHADOW PALETTE
There are three eyeliners. They all have metallic like finish. They come in purple, light blue and dark silver colors.

Eye shadow palette it’s called Surfer’s Kit. It has six shades in it. Two of them are matte the others are shimmering. The shimmering ones are more pigmented than the matte shades.

Essence: Crazy About Colour Trend Edition

Hello!

Today I will show you the new Essence Trend Edition Crazy About colour. There are three polishes, five eyeliners, two lip-glosses, three duo eye-shadows and a multi-color blush. Everything comes in very nice and kind a funky packaging with colorful stripes.

I swatched the polishes and eyeliners for you, and if you want I can make another post to show you the blush, glosses and eye-shadows.

THE POLISHES:
The formulas of these polishes are very good. They are not sticky and streaky, and they are well pigmented.

Think Pink is medium red toned bright pink. The finish is creamy. It needs two coats for full coverage.

Lilac Forever is cool toned light lilac shade. It’s also a two coater, and not streaky at all. I like this one very much.

Crazy Me is green/blue shade, that also has a creamy finish. This one is special to me. I think I don’t have any similar polish in my collection. It’s very unique.

EYELINERS:
In this collection there are five eyeliners! The colors are just crazy. Here they are from left to right: Think pink, Lilac forever, Addicted to blue, Crazy me (turquoise) and Crazy about green.

They are good pigmented and some of them have a metallic look. They are also quite soft so there are no problems with application. I didn’t try them yet, so I can’t tell you if they last long or not.

Comparisson: Blue and Pink polishes

I really don’t have any inspiration these days
So I made some comparisson photos of the different polishes.

I noticed that Agent Lavender and Refresher look almost the same in the bottles.

But when I put them on the nails together, they look completley different.

China Glaze Agent Laveder is light creme purple lavender color.
Refresher is creme light baby blue color. Verry nice
They are both beautifull, but if I must choose I will reather wear Refresher

Here are some pink polishes:

Nubar-Hotel Baby Pink/China Glaze-Something Sweet/Essence-Not Just Cute

Hotel baby pink has more white in it, than Something Sweet. But if I compare them in
application SS is waaaay better. HBP is verry sticky and streaky, it needs 2-3 coats
for full coverage. SS neds only two thin coats and it’s not streaky at all.
Not Just Cute is more bubble gum pink and it’s more jelly looking. It’s opaque in two coats.

Something Sweet is my favourite, Noty Just Cute is second

Hotela sem narediti primerjavo med Essie-Lilacism in China Glaze-Light As Air,
ampak sem dodala še Essence-Date Me! in OPI-Parlez Vous Opi?

I wanted to compare Essie-Lilacism and China Glaze-Light As Air, but i added
also Essence-Date Me! and Parlez Vous Opi?

Za na konec sem čez vse nanesla eno plast Nfu-Oh-50.

At the end i added one layer of Nfu-Oh-50.

ESSIE: The Art Of Spring Collection 2010 – Minies

Wiiiiii! Te kolekcije sem se zelo veselila in končno je danes prispel
paketek iz Čarodejke z mini laki

V kompletu z mini lacki so 4 oddtenki, v celotni kolekciji jih je 6.
Kompletek vsebuje oddtenke:
- Lilacism
- Pop Art Pink
- Tart Deco
- Red Nouveau

Lilacism: je pastelno lila barva, ki je bolj na modri stani. Zeloooo
lep oddtenek <3 Finish je creamy in se zelo sveti že brez nadlaka.
Na sliki sta dve plasti.

Pop Art Pink: mlečno pastelen roza oddtenek. Pri prvem sloju je skoraj neviden
oz. da le malo roza pridiha – super za francosko manikuro. Da sem dosegla
prekrivnost sem morala nanesti tri sloje, ampak še vedno izgleda lepo

Tart Deco: kremno oranžkasto-breskov oddtenek, ki spominja na barvo lososa.
Zelo posebna in čudovita barva. Ko se lak na nohtih posuši izgleda malo temnejši
kot je v steklenički. Potrebuje dve plasti.

Red Nouveau: ko sem nanšala ta oddtenek sem bila čisto šokirana! Prefekten je
v vseh pogledih. Nanaša se kot poezija in zelo je pigmentiran.
Pri prvem sloju ni niti malo lisast, zato drugi več ni potreben!
Barva je zelo lepa, tista klasična rdeča, ki jo potrebuje vsaka ženska v svoji
zbirki

Nasplošno je formula teh lahkov čista perfekcija! Super se nanašajo, končni
izdelek je prekrasen.
Barve so zelo primerne za prihajaočo pomlad: pastelni oddtenki so IN in Essie
je to upošteval
Edino rdečko malo oddstopa od celotne kolekcije, ampak rdeča je res must-have
in Red Nouveau je prekrasen
Kupila bom še manjkajoča oddtenka Neo-Whimsical in Van D’Go, da bo moja
zbirka popolna

Sinful Colors-? ? ? (327)

Tale lak je na Cherryculture.com edini lak, zraven katerega ni napisanega imena,
ampak ga označuje le številka 327. Ker sem bila radovedna za kakšen oddtenek
gre sem ga seveda morala naročiti. Ko sem ga dobila, na steklenički prav tako
ni bilo nalepke z imenom.

Izkazalo se je da gre za zelo zelo lep lakec! Gre za pravega kameleončka, ki se preliva
iz temno vijolične-lila-roza-bronasto. Zelo unikaten oddtenek.
Vsekakor sem nad njim navdušena!

Je slabše prekirven zato potrebuje 3 plasti, ampak je res vreden tega.
Je bolj tekoč, kot vsi Sinful colors laki, ampak nanaša se lepo.

China Glaze-IDK + Konad

China Glaze-IDK je lak, ki spada v holografsko skupino. Je svetlo vijolične barve,
holo učinek pa je viden tudi pri slabši svetlobi.

Je bolj tekoče teksture, ampak ni problematičen za nanašat. Za prekrivnost sta
potrebni 2 plasti laka.

Barva laka mi je zelo všeč, ampak se mi zdi da nekako ne paše na moje nohte.
Kaj mislite?

China Glaze-IDK:

Dodala sem Konad vzorček iz plate m69 z Konad special polish black.
Sedaj moji nohti izgledajo takole:

Sinful Colors-Oh Yeah! + Konad

Čas je da spet predstavim enega Sinfulčka
Oh yeah! je prečudovit svetlo vijoličen lakec. Njegov finish je pa
frosty. Na slikah sta 2 plasti.

Dodala sem mu še vzorček iz Konad plate m24 z vijoličnim Konad lakom

China Glaze-Visit Me In Prism

Visit me in prism je še en China Glaze holografski lakec.
V bistvu ne zgleda kot tipičen holo, ampak gre bol za holo shimmer.

Barva je v glavnem srebrna, z dodatkom lila in taupe.

Nanos ni problematičen, na slikah pa sta 2 plasti.
Slike ne pokažejo pravega holo efekta, ker vreme ni najbolj primerno za slikanje :/

Essence – Go snow (LE)

V Go snow trend edition so trije laki, nežnih in pastelnih oddtenkov.
Marsikdo bi rekel da niso nič posebnega, ampak meni so všeč in če ne
drugega so izvrstna osnova za Konad

Njihova slabost je da so zelo slabo prekrivni, saj potrebujejo kar
3 plasti.

So v zelo lepih stekleničkah, ki imajo na pokrovih odtisnjene snežinke

Od leve proti desni: Snow Bunny, Frostbite in Alpine snow

Snow bunny je svetlo roza prelast odtenek, ki je malo frosty.

Frostbite je pastelno vijolične barve, v njem pa je simmer

Alpine Snow je pastelno moder oddtenek, ki prav tako vsebuje shimmer

Te lakce mi je skupaj z kremnim blushem iz iste kolekcije poslala Rastalove
