Here is another gorgeous polish from the OPI Burlesque collection. It’s called Show It And Glow It! The glitter is mostly purple but it contains some silver, blue and orange as well. This one is also extremely sparkly and it needs three coats for full coverage.

P.s.: I’m preparing a giveaway for my blog Nail Junkie’s first birthday! And this polish is included ;)

I was really excited about the OPI Burlesque Collection because of the glitter polishes in it. The first one I would like to show you is Shimmer & Shimmer. It’s a mixture of loads of lighter blue, silver, gold, pink and orange glitter. It’s super sparkly and it’s perfect for winter. Here are three coats.

China Glaze Awakening Collection it’s just perfect to get into the Halloween mood. It’s a four piece set with three glitter polishes and Fast Forward Top coat.

In our country we don’t celebrate Halloween, but we have a similar tradition in the early spring. It’s called ”Pust”. Pust’s purpose is that we scare the winter away while wearing scary masks and making a lot of noise. We also dress up in different characters (scary or not) and children go from door to door and ask for candy. It’s a very old tradition, originating from pagan times.
Enough of talking, let’s go to polishes :) .

*****

Mummy May I?: fuchsia pink glitter mixed in dark jelly purple base. This one is my favorite from the collection. It needs two coats for full coverage.

Ick-A-Bod-Y: bright sparkly orange glitter in a dark brown base. This one is much more glittery than Mummy May I?. It took two coats to go opaque.

Zombie Zest: this one really reminds me of zombies and swamps. I’m not a fan of this color, but it’s interesting. It’s yellow brownish jelly base with a lot of golden and green micro glitter in it. I hate this color on me! But it’s perfect for Halloween if you are going to be some dead creature of the night. It takes three coats for full coverage.

Hi!
Today I will show you a manicure that is very girly and cute :) . I used Manhattan 610K as a base. Then I added one layer of OPI Mad As A Hatter on the ring finger. On the other nails I stamped dot pattern from Konad image plate m79 with China Glaze OMG. I also added Essence bow stickers.

Do you like it?

Deborah Sense Tech 100% MAT 02 is a peachy light rose color. I like the finish because it’s not so matte as regular matte polishes. It gives it a more plastic look.

I was remembering my first attempt with Konad, it was a long time before I started writing this blog. My first attempt was with white buttons on purple base :D It looked like that:

So I decided that I will use button pattern again – today! I used Konad white polish and Manhattan 43K for stamping. Konad image plates are m16 and m56. I also added Essence nail stickers called Sweet Romance and some silver glitter with NYX Ink Nail art.

Have a nice day! Lyra :)

Zoya: Roxy

Hi!

OMG! I found another polish that I fell in love at first sight. It’s called Zoya Roxy. It’s a jelly berry-vine base with magenta glitter. The combination of base and glitter gives the polish a lot of depth. The application was smooth, two coats for full coverage and one coat of top coat to smooth the surface.

Finger Paints Art Dealer Teal-er is greenish turquoise color. It’s a little bit frosty, but it’s not streaky. It’s very nice and a perfect shade for seaside :) .

I added one coat of Sinful Colors Nail Junkie. I was surprised when I found a polish with the same name as my blog. Nail junkie has blue, turquoise, gold and bronze glitter mixed in clear base. You can find two sizes of glitter in it – medium sized and a smaller one that is more like shimmer.

Have a nice time!

Hello everybody!

Today I will show you a manicure that came out really good. For the base I used Color Club Where’s The Soiree? and then I did some layering with Milani Whimsical. Whimsical is a black base with a lot of purple glitter.

Then I covered it with matte top coat Essie Matte About you.

And for the end I put on some Konad with image plate m69. I used Essie Good To Go! for stamping.

Have a nice time! Lyra*

I was searching for this polish like crazy, but it was sold out everywhere. Either that, or it was extremly expensive! In the end I got it from Ancek (Rainbows&Blues). Thank you very, very much ;)

It looks beautiful in the bottle, but on the nails is just gorgeous! Absolutely Alice: a lot of vibrant blue glitter and slightly less gold glitter in clear base. It’s super sparkly, deep and very eye-catching.  On this pic there are two coats of polish. I think this was the first time I had to put on the top coat twice. After the first coat it was still a little bit grumpy and beacuse I like my nails to be smooth to the touch, I added another layer of top coat.

I need to get some backup of this one ;)

This manicure is verry simple, but nice. I used Essie Van D’go for base and then I decided to add a bit of glitter to the tip of my nails with Nubar Tiara. I like the finish look and I think it looks good on me :)

What do you think?
