There are two versions of Essence Underwater polish. They have the same name and the same number, but the color is nothing alike. I have just the newest version, because I didn’t like the older one. Older version is a much lighter blue and it’s frosty, but the newer is gorgeous! It’s a darker muted creamy blue color with lighter blue tiny glitter mixed in it. The application and pigmentation is good.

Essence Choose Me! is a beautiful turquoise color with green and gold shimmer. It’s a dupe of Zoya Charla and OPI Catch Me In Your Net polishes. It needs two coats for a full coverage. Keep in mind that in person it is a little more greener.
Essence Choose Me!:
The polish Choose me! is perfect for those who think that Zoya and OPI polishes are too expensive. The shade is the same (I really don’t see too much differences between them), but the price is much lower.

Hi!
Today I will show you a manicure that is very girly and cute
. I used Manhattan 610K as a base. Then I added one layer of OPI Mad As A Hatter on the ring finger. On the other nails I stamped dot pattern from Konad image plate m79 with China Glaze OMG. I also added Essence bow stickers.

Yaaaay! You can already buy new Essence Fashion Nail Stickers!
To try them out I bought four different patterns. There are 14 stickers in a package. Here they are.
Light Forever!, Catwalk!, Unexpected! and Trust Me! :
*****
The first one I tried out was Light Forever!. A long time ago I was searching for a perfect silver chrome polish – one with a perfect mirror reflection, but unfortunately I haven’t found it. Naturally I got excited when I saw nails sticker Light Forever! It’s not chrome like Minx foils, but it’s still very shiny.
Before you put the stickers on you have to buff your nails. Placing and centering the stickers wasn’t a problem. But getting rid of those wrinkles was! And on a chrome color like this, they are very visible. By the time I got to my ring and pinkie fingers I figured out how to do it right. You have to stretch the sticker a little and rub the wrinkles out. Next time I will try to heat the sticker somehow (hairdryer, radiator, …)
The next problem I had was filling of the excess sticker. You can buy a nail file which is indented for those stickers – but I think the normal file will work just the same. I used the Essence file, and filed vertically (only in downwards direction), but the edges still looked sharp. The imperfections are visible on the photo, but not so much in person.
At the end I used one layer of top coat. The tips started to lift up the same day, after 9 hours. I recommend the stickers just for special occasions if you want a special pattern or look. They are just for short term use – when you want all eyes on your nails, because they aren’t durable longer.

Deborah Sense Tech 100% MAT 02 is a peachy light rose color. I like the finish because it’s not so matte as regular matte polishes. It gives it a more plastic look.
I was remembering my first attempt with Konad, it was a long time before I started writing this blog. My first attempt was with white buttons on purple base
It looked like that:
So I decided that I will use button pattern again – today! I used Konad white polish and Manhattan 43K for stamping. Konad image plates are m16 and m56. I also added Essence nail stickers called Sweet Romance and some silver glitter with NYX Ink Nail art.
Have a nice day! Lyra
Hi!
Today I have swaches of polishes, from another Essence Collection called ”We Saw It First”. There are four polishes in these collection. The formula of polishes is great, I didn’t have any problems with application. They all need two coats for full coverage. They are also well pigmented so they can be used for stamping
Absolutely Stylish: is dark brown shade with less visible green and red glitter mixed in it. Nice shade, great for autumn.
Lime Up!: perfect Shrek color. I really don’t like this shade on my nails. This one is dupe of OPI Who The Shrek Are You? I’ll never wear this polish (maybe just for Halloween if I’m Fiona
)
Movie Star: Darker gray shade. This one is my favorite from the collection.
What Do You Think?: peachy coral creamy shade. This one is also nice.
I’ve done some Konading with Movie star and Konad image plate m81.
Which one is your favorite?

Hi!
Today I will show you two polishes from a very sought after Essence Denim Wanted collection. I really wanted to get the blues and pink polishes, but instead of I just got the gray and the black one. How great is that? I’m really pissed off about this collection, because it was only in one store in the city and it was completely sold out in the blink of an eye.
Fivepocket Gray: medium gray shade, creamy finish. Nothing special. It takes two coats for full coverage.
I Love My Jeans: black base with multicolor shimmer. It’s very similar to OPI Baby It’s ”Coal” Outside! This one also reminds me that I have to buy myself black jeans
Have a nice day!

I’m finally posting this! I took these pictures almost a month ago. Essence Return To Paradise collection is not so new, but you can still get this stuff in some stores.
*****
POLISHES: in this collection there are five polishes. They all need two coats for full coverage, and they are great for stamping.
Back To Paradise: my favorite shade from this collection. Dark forest green color with slightly blue undertone.
Fruit Punch: light orange shade with yellow shimmer.
Sun Downer: dark orange with yellow shimmer. This one is simmilar to Fruit Punch, but it has a lot more red tone in it.
Jungle Drum: verry dark brown shade, with a little shimmer in it, which is visible only on strong light.
My Little Orchid: warm purple shade with blue shimmer. The finish is frosty.
*****
PEN EYELINERS: there are three different colors of pen eyeliners in this collection – Brown, purple and teal. They are waterproof, and they are really hard to remove.
I like these pen-type eyeliners, because they are really easy to aply.
What do you think of this collection? Do you like it?
Have a nice time! -Lyra*
Yummy Gummy polish is from an old Essence Jelly Baby TE. I realy like the jelly finish. The color is something between red and pink – a great shade for summer. It is opaque in two coats.
