OMG! Why didn’t I try this polish before? I got it a long time ago from my dear friend Gani, but I just put it in the drawer and never tried it, until yesterday.
I fell in love with it! Meteor Shower is gorgeous deep blue polish with a lot of gold, bronze, orange, green and blue glitter mixed in it. The shape of glitter is round and there are also little squares in it. All these colorful glitter doesn’t stand out much, because the blue base is like jelly and the glitter looks like it’s sunk in into the polish. The effect reminds me of deep sea.
The finish is pretty much chunky, but it doesn’t bother me. Two coats of top-coat fixes everything
China Glaze Meteor Shower:
My birthday is coming soon and I’m already wondering which polish to wear? Any suggestions?
Have a nice day!!

Hello ladies!
Here is another french manicure that I wore some days ago. I colored the tips with China Glaze Grape Pop from Up&Away collection. This one is very great for tips, because is good pigmented and it colored the tips with first layer. The silver line is made with NYX Ink Silver Glitter.
The flower shaped glitter and rhinestones on the ring finger are from Essence.
Thanks for looking!

Hello everyone!
Today I will show you manicure, that I made a while ago. It’s a different kind of french manicure.
I used NYX Ink tip painter – Black and Essence Tip Painter – Silver Surfer for tips. I wear it like this for a day, but then I added Konad design from image plate s9 and put pink rhinestones in the middle of flowers.
What do you think?

Hi!
Today I have done a manicure, which I really like. I hope you will like it to. This one is kind of springy.
For the base I used Orly Snowcone from Spring Sweet Collection, and then I stamped on flowers from Konad image plate m69, with Essence Deep Blue Sea. I really like how it turned out.
Have a nice time! Lyra*
Hi!
So I decided to make swatches of blush, eyeshadows and lip-glosses from the latest Essence Trend Edition Crazy About Colour.
MULTI COLOR BLUSH:
The blush is really nice rosy/peachy color. I think this one is more appropriate for girls with pale complexion because it’s really light. It gives you a fresh and shimmering look.

DUO EYESHADOWS:
There are three duo eyeshadows, and they come in really nice packaging with little mirror inside it.

LIP-GLOSSES:
The lip-glosses come in two shades: Think pink and Lilac forever. They are not well pigmented. See them yourself:

Lilac Forever:

In the first post about this collection I forgot to mention, that there is also a little cosmetic bag. It’s really cute, but very small. There is just enough space for lip-gloss and maybe one eye-shadow. The eyeliners don’t fit in it. But they will fit in when I wear them down a few centimeters.
Bye-bye!

Hello!
Today I will show you the new Essence Trend Edition Crazy About colour. There are three polishes, five eyeliners, two lip-glosses, three duo eye-shadows and a multi-color blush. Everything comes in very nice and kind a funky packaging with colorful stripes.
I swatched the polishes and eyeliners for you, and if you want I can make another post to show you the blush, glosses and eye-shadows.

THE POLISHES:
The formulas of these polishes are very good. They are not sticky and streaky, and they are well pigmented.
Think Pink is medium red toned bright pink. The finish is creamy. It needs two coats for full coverage.
Lilac Forever is cool toned light lilac shade. It’s also a two coater, and not streaky at all. I like this one very much.
Crazy Me is green/blue shade, that also has a creamy finish. This one is special to me. I think I don’t have any similar polish in my collection. It’s very unique.
*****
EYELINERS:
In this collection there are five eyeliners! The colors are just crazy. Here they are from left to right: Think pink, Lilac forever, Addicted to blue, Crazy me (turquoise) and Crazy about green.
They are good pigmented and some of them have a metallic look. They are also quite soft so there are no problems with application. I didn’t try them yet, so I can’t tell you if they last long or not.
What do you think about this collection? Do you like it?
Have a nice colorful day! ![]()

Hi everyone!
Latley there are lots of minty polishes going around. I still haven’t quite made up my mind whether I like them on my nails or not. For some reason they still remind me of sick people
If I had to choose which minty polish I would wear, it would definitley be China Glaze – Re-Fresh Mint.
I like it beacuse it’s more on the green side than blue. Anyway this is the one I really like. It’s pastel, creme and minty green
The formula is great. Is verry opaque and aplication was no problem. It needs two coats for full coverage.
China Glaze Re-Fresh Mint:
I really wanted to add some Konad, but it appears that it was not the best idea. I really screwed up this time ![]()
The pattern would have looked lovely if it didn’t smudge so much. I promise I will do better nex time ![]()
Anyway, I used Konad image plate m63, and Konad Princess Special polish in Cocolate.
So that’s all for today, Dear Readers. Until nex time, have a polished day!

Today I have for you another polish from Essence. It’s called Naked Truth and it’s from Pure Beauty Collection. This collection was avalible last year.
Naked truth is beautiful almost white shade with pink tone in it. The finish is shimmery/pearly. The aplication was good, and it’s not streaky at all
It’s opaque in two coats.
Essence Naked Truth:
My hand was shaking because I was tired and haven’t slept much last night, so no Konad for me today
So I tried something new.
These are nail art designs from Essence. Basically they are stickers with indented shapes. You stick them on your nails and paint over with whichever polish you want. Then you remove the sticker and you are left with a nice design. I got just two types for now – the flowers and the butterflies. The butterfly is made with Essence Go Wild polish. I spiced it up with flower-glitter and silver polish
I like this kind of nail art, beacuse it’s really easy and you don’t need a steady hand to do it. But you have to be sure that the base color is really dry, beacuse when you remove the sticker it may pull off the base polish as well
Have a great time! – Lyra
Hi!
Today I will show you the two new S-he polishes which I got last week.
S-he 470 is verry light blue, I get that cold feeling just by looking at it ![]()
It has pearly blue shimmer in it. This was after two coats and the white tips are still visible. For me that’s ok though because I was planing to do the french manicure anyway;)
S-he 470:
I polished the tips with S-he 471, wich is nice silver-shimmery-blue with the foil finish. Under the tips I made a silver line with Essence silver tip painter. I also added some purple rhinestones and around them I put some tear-shaped glitter and made flowers out of them
Do you like it? I do
Bonus photo:
The trees have started to blossom. I can’t wait for them to grow some fruit. Cherries and apricotes are my favourite. This is the photo of apricot blossom:
Wich is your faworite fruit?
Have a nice day!
